Dan is the driving force behind the business, with a true passion for everything automotive. After spending 10 years at BMW, where he worked his way up to becoming a Senior Technician, Dan eventually took the leap and started the business — turning his knowledge, experience and love for engineering into something of his own.

Known for his daily lists and his determination to never let a job beat him, Dan approaches every challenge with the same level of commitment and attention to detail. He’s often found working what feels like 24/7, not because he has to, but because the job is genuinely his passion and something he truly enjoys.

A true engineer at heart, Dan has an incredible eye for detail and a mindset that always looks for a solution. That same passion also extends into his personal life, where he’s known for being a bit of a hoarder when it comes to anything interesting or useful — because you never know when that random part might come in handy!

He may occasionally be described by the team as a man of few words and a tough critic, but it’s all part of his charm!

A perfectionist, problem solver, and the heart behind the business, Dan’s dedication and passion are what continue to drive the team forward.

Dream Car : Ferrari Enzo

Pip is the mum of the garage and the heart of the team, always ready with a warm welcome and a helping hand. She's been happily married to her husband, Dan, for 23 years, and family means everything to her.

When she's not at work, Pip loves spending time with her animals, including her two dogs and her cat. She also has a passion for travelling, especially to Italy, and is currently learning Italian so she can make the most of every trip. To balance it all, Pip enjoys getting out for a run and keeping active whenever she can.

Friendly, caring, and always up for a chat, Pip helps make the garage feel like a place where everyone is welcome.

Dream Car : Mini Moke

Alex is the eldest son of the family and has been part of the business since he was just 16. Now, with five years of hands-on experience, he's become a valued member of the team, combining practical knowledge with a real passion for motorsport.

Alex trained at Loughborough College while also pursuing an exciting racing career. He is currently competing in the TCR Europe Championship with BRC Racing, Hyundai's factory team, giving him the opportunity to race at some of Europe's most iconic circuits.

When he's not at work or on the track, you'll probably find him in the gym or brushing up on his Italian. Around the workshop, he's also earned a bit of a reputation for looking remarkably like Lorenzo from Love Island—something the team are always happy to remind him of!

Dream Car : Ferrari F40

Martin is a friendly face with a wealth of experience, having dedicated his entire career to just two companies. His journey in the motor trade began at BMW at the age of 16, where he spent many years building his knowledge, skills, and passion for all things automotive before joining our team — where he has now been a valued member for 18 years.

With decades of experience behind him and a welcoming approach with customers and colleagues alike, Martin is always on hand to share his expertise and offer advice whenever it’s needed.

Martin is also a big part of the workshop’s daily routine, with his very specific tea and coffee times being well known among the team. He likes things done properly — including his refreshments! He also has the pleasure of being regularly kept on his toes by Leyla, who enjoys keeping him in check, whether that’s giving him a bit of stick or taking charge of his haircut.

When he’s not at work, you’ll most likely find Martin enjoying some well-earned time away, relaxing on holiday with a cold beer in hand and making the most of his downtime.

A true asset to the team, Martin brings experience, reliability, and plenty of character to the workshop every day.

Dream Car : Lamborghini Aventador

Josh joined us as an apprentice and has worked his way up to become a fully qualified technician. Over the past 7 years, he’s become a key part of the team and was also a crucial member of our race team, where his skills and dedication really stood out. Along the way, he’s developed a real passion and impressive expertise when it comes to Porsches, making him the go-to man for all things Stuttgart.

When he’s not busy in the workshop, or flirting with female service advisors you’ll usually find Josh out on the water jet skiing or tackling the trails on his trials bike.

From work experience student to qualified technician, Josh's story is a great example of where commitment and a love for the job can lead.

Dream Car : Ferrari LaFerrari

Olly started his journey with us as an apprentice and, through plenty of hard work and determination, has worked his way up to becoming a fully qualified technician.

Known for his keen eye for vehicle tracking and diagnostics, Olly takes pride in getting to the bottom of even the trickiest faults. When he’s not busy under the bonnet, you’ll probably find him claiming he’s the team’s resident ladies’ man. Whether that’s true or not… we’ll let him keep believing it!

When he’s not in the workshop, there’s a good chance you’ll find Olly at the pub, enjoying some downtime and keeping the banter going outside of work too.

A valued member of the team with years of experience under his belt, Olly brings skill, dedication, and plenty of personality to the workshop every day.

Dream Car : Pagani Huayra

Although Tom has only been part of the team for a couple of years, he brings with him many years of experience and a wealth of knowledge. He takes on many of our larger and more involved jobs, where his high attention to detail and commitment to getting things right really stand out.

With a keen eye for performance cars and a passion for all things fast, Tom has a particular love for drift cars. When he gets the chance, you’ll find him enjoying time behind the wheel of his own drift car, putting his skills and passion into practice outside of the workshop.

Away from cars, Tom is usually the one in charge of the workshop radio — although his choice of volume can sometimes be just as noticeable as his choice of tracks!

Outside of the garage, Tom is a proud dad to his young son, who is already following in his footsteps with a growing passion for cars, speed, and everything automotive.

Dream Car : 67 Shelby Mustang GT500

Jake is the newest member of the team and has joined us as an apprentice, bringing with him a genuine passion for everything automotive. From a young age, he’s loved working on cars, and turning that passion into a career was an easy choice.

Always keen to learn and develop his skills, Jake is already proving to be a hardworking and enthusiastic member of the workshop. With a real interest in the motor trade, he’s excited to build his knowledge and gain hands-on experience alongside the rest of the team.

When he’s not in the garage, Jake enjoys spending time gaming and heading out to raves with his friends. Whether he’s working on cars, playing video games, or enjoying music, Jake throws himself into everything with plenty of enthusiasm.

As the newest face in the workshop, we’re excited to watch Jake grow into the next generation of skilled technicians.

Dream Car : Ferrari 812 Competizione

Leyla may be part-time, but she’s a big part of the team. Bringing with her previous experience as a Service Advisor at a main dealer, Leyla knows exactly what it takes to look after customers and keep things running smoothly.

With her bubbly personality and infectious energy, Leyla is often the first friendly face customers see when they walk through the door. She brings plenty of character to the workshop and certainly keeps everyone entertained — especially Martin, who she makes sure never gets too comfortable!

Known for the occasional dramatic moment and her spontaneous singing performances, Leyla is always ready to provide the entertainment. The only catch is she may only know about four lyrics to any given song… but that won’t stop her from giving it everything she’s got!

Outside of work, Leyla is a proud mum to her little girl and loves spending time with her family. She’s also well known as the soul of any work night out, bringing the fun, the laughter, and usually a little bit of chaos wherever she goes.

A valued member of the team, Leyla brings warmth, humour, and plenty of personality to the garage every day.

Dream Car : Urban Defender

Bradley is one of our part-time team members, bringing a wealth of experience from the motor trade after previously working as a Workshop Manager in the used car dealership sector.

These days, you'll usually find Bradley on service reception, looking after customers, helping to keep the workshop organised, and making sure everything runs smoothly. He's also our self-proclaimed tyre-changing specialist and plays a key role behind the scenes by managing all of Alex's racing media, ensuring every event is captured and shared.

While Bradley might not always be the best at timekeeping, he more than makes up for it with his enthusiasm, experience, and willingness to get stuck in. If there's one thing he never misses, though, it's dessert at the racing buffets!

Whether he's welcoming customers, swapping tyres, or creating content from the track, Bradley is always happy to lend a hand and brings plenty of personality to the team.
